About Daniel R Rosen

Personal Injury Attorney Dan RosenColorado Accident Attorney and Firm Owner/Founder

I was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1955. I graduated from Rutgers University in 1977 and received my law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982. I lived and practiced in Florida for 15 years, focusing 100% on personal injury cases. In January 1996, I relocated to Colorado and opened my first Colorado office that month. I’ve handled just about every type of personal injury claim since moving my practice here. I am a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyers, Florida Bar Association and the Florida Justice Association, and I write a monthly article for the Scooter News Publication. I’m married with two daughters, both of whom live in New York City. My younger daughter is an undergraduate at NYU and my older daughter is a psychology doctoral student at Pace University.

Although I personally handle every single case that comes across my desk, I have an extremely dedicated and experienced team who assist me on a daily basis.
