I-25 Rollover Accident Results in Fatality
Dustin Donald Thompson, 39, of Windsor, Colo., was a passenger in a pick-up truck driven by his 26-year-old sister, who’s also from Colorado.
Utah Highway Patrol troopers say one of the front tires blew out just two miles from the Utah-Colorado border and the driver lost control of the vehicle, sending it into the median where it rolled.
Thomson was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene. Nick Bonham at The Pueblo Chieftan reports that he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
